In the top right corner you can switch between departments and profiles.

You can create multiple departments, to which you only link the topics relevant to that department. As administrator you can determine which user has access to which department. A user only sees the departments to which he has been granted access.

If you use multiple profiles, you can make the different profiles visible or hide them. You do this by moving the sliders under ‘profiles’ to the left or right.
