Monitoring reports
Monitoring Reports allow you to assess the effectiveness of your control measures. If you select ‘Monitoring Reports’ in the interface on the left, an overview of your Monitoring Reports appears.
Creating a new monitoring report
The button ‘+ New Monitoring Report’ allows you to add a report. When you select this button, a pop-up screen appears. In this screen you can add a title and upload a file. Next you can save or cancel the Monitoring Report. If you click ‘save’, you will be redirected to the appropriate monitoring report. On this page you have the possibility to add control measures via the button ‘+ Select a control measure’. When you select this button, a pop-up window appears containing the control measures (see Control measures). If you move the mouse cursor over the control measures, a button ‘+ Select control measure’ appears. If you select this button, a new screen will open. Here you can use the drop-down menu on the right side to determine the effectiveness of the measure. You can choose from:
- High
- Medium
- Low
After you have determined the effectiveness you can save the screen. You will then be redirected to the start screen of your Monitoring Report. Using the button ‘+ Select a control measure’ you can add extra control measures to the Monitoring Report.
Search function
The search function allows you to search within the ‘Monitoring Reports’.
